Terms of Sale

We sell to customers in the United States and ship only to US addresses. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. Shipping is shown before you pay. Sales tax is added where required. We may correct pricing errors and will contact you before charging a different amount.

An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order (and refund it in full) if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud.

Our wraps are for covering and wrapping food. Follow the care notes: no hot water, heat, raw meat or fish. Keep away from open flame.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Brandtop Spots LLC is organized, and applicable US federal law.
