Returns & Refunds

Unused wraps in their original paper sleeve, within 30 days of delivery. Because wraps touch food, we can't accept ones that have been used or washed.

Email [email protected] with your order number. We'll reply with the return address. Please don't send items back without writing to us first.

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong print.

Once we receive the return we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error.

Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund — your choice — at no cost to you.
